• Ghosting for 7 days during the commission process will result in your slot being placed on hold.

⟡ Communication

All communication and WIP updates will be done through your chosen platform:• Instagram
• X (Twitter)
• Facebook
• VGen

⟡ Process

I will send WIPs (work-in-progress) at major stages: sketch → line art → flat coloring.I am very generous with revisions and offer unlimited revisions (within reason) during the sketch and base coloring stage. This is where we finalize pose, outfit, expression, and composition. Please be clear and direct with your requested changes during this phase.Major revisions (pose change, outfit change, etc.) after the sketch and base color stage will cost extra.Final output is delivered in high-resolution PNG / format you need.

L2D Models: 2–4 weeksIllustrations: 3–4 days**May vary depending on slots/waitlistIf you need it rushed, rush fees may apply.

⟡ Usage & Commercial Rights

DO NOT, in any way, use my work for AI training or NFTs (Strictly prohibited! No Exceptions!)Personal use: The commissioned artwork is for personal enjoyment only.You may share it on social media, use it as profile pictures, banners, etc.
Credit is appreciated but not required for icons/headers.You may NOT:• Remove my signature/watermark
• Claim the artwork as your own
• Use the artwork for commercial profit
• Use the artwork in AI datasets or trainingCommercial use includes any situation where the artwork is used to generate income or promote a brand / business.Commercial use (Digital): requires an additional fee of +50% to +100% of base price.Examples:• Vtuber models and assets
• Stream overlays/emotes
• Website/branding graphics
• Album covers / promo banners
• Social media brandingCommercial Use (Physical): requires an additional fee of +100% to +200% of base price.Examples:• Stickers / Keychains / Prints
• Clothing merch
• Book covers / Packaging
• Any reproduction or mass productionFull exclusive rights: If you want to fully own the art (meaning I can’t use it in my portfolio), +300% of base price.

⟡ Payment

Payment is made through PayPal / Ko-fi / GCash / Maya (choose whichever you use).Full payment upfront OR 30% upfront + 70% before final delivery.

⟡ Refunds & Cancellations

If I am unable to complete the commission, you will receive a full refund.If you cancel after I have already sent the sketch, no full refund will be issued. Please refer below for refund rates.1. Sketch Stage: 50% refund available if only the sketch has been completed.2. Line art/Base Coloring: 25% refund available once line art or base colors have begun.3. Rendering Stage: No refunds once the rendering stage has started.
